Re: OPENSOCKETFUNCTION documentation weirdness

Ack, that's indeed a mistake. The OPENSOCKETFUNCTION only ever gets
CURLSOCKTYPE_IPCXN passed to it.

I filed a PR just now to address this: https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/4667
